Based on my 2023 book titled Christian Resistance: Learning to Defy the World and Follow Christ, this course challenges participants to develop the twelve topics included in the book such as attention, imitation, and relevance realization.

This course challenges participants to set aside something that is hindering spiritual growth to read through the gospels in 30 days, as well as provide a series of video lectures and readings on a variety of passages in the gospels.

Based on my 2020 book titled Thinking Christian” Essays on Testimony, Accountability, and the Christian Mind, this course discusses the basics of Christian thought and encourages God’s people to step away from the logics of the world to follow the logic of faith.

Beginning with creation and ending with New Creation, this course provides resources for sharing one’s faith by addressing a variety of theological themes as developed from specific biblical passages. The course also provides practical tips for conversing with unbelievers.

Based on my 2022 book titled Useful to God: Eight Lessons from the Life of D. L. Moody, this course challenges participants to develop characteristics such as surrender, humility, freedom from the love of money, and a focus on Christ.

This course considers discipleship through the lens of several theological frameworks. Each of these frameworks contributes to an understanding of discipleship that is rooted in the scriptures. Individuals are challenged to be and make disciples as part of this course.

This graduate level course offers students a way to think more accurately and worshipfully about everything. It touches everyday matters in practical life, every academic discipline, and every theological topic.

This course is, rather, a deep theological study of the difference between serving God and serving mammon. In it, students learn about currency, corporations, interest, debt, and the relevance of theology to economic systems.

The opportunity cost for failing to think critically and to slow down enough to pause might be the highest price decisionmakers pay. This course is meant to help participants gain skills as well as more understanding and conviction.

In a crumbling civilization, civility gets buried under the avalanche that ensues from societal decay. In this course students will be given the opportunity to develop a disposition for civil discourse and intellectual hospitality.
